Welcome Volunteers!


The Wenatchee Renaissance Faire is accepting applications for volunteers for the April 2012 faire in exchange for certain "special faire privileges."

Thank you to all the returning volunteers! Our Faire could not be successful without you and the hard work that you do. There are rules that must be followed by all volunteers and participants. All volunteers and participants must be in costume ON THE DAY OF THE FAIRE, NO EXCEPTIONS, and must make an attempt to stay in persona at all times. We understand for many this may be difficult, but this is a theme event. If you need assistance with costuming please note that on your application and we will do our best to help you.

ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST COMPLETE AN APPLICATION AND SIGN THE HOLD HARMLESS!

There are many categories for which we seek volunteers. Here are a few:

    • Grounds Care - Pre/Post Faire
    • Sets/Props/Stage Setup/Tear Down
    • Merchant Setup/Tear Down
  • Stage Assistant
    • Performer Assistant
  • Gate
    • Greeter
    • Information
    • Parking/Traffic Control
  • Sanitation
